CODIO

Codio is a software platform for students and educational organizations to enable computer science classes to learn and grow quickly and efficiently. Codio combines a professional grade IDE with classroom management tools. It's simple for students to use and hassle-free for computer science Educators.

THE CHALLENGE

We were tasked with building a new website and marketing automation program to better serve Codio's website visitors and leads. This involved creating new systems and processes, converting all content from a basic html website to the HubSpot CMS, and setting up a more streamlined automation process for marketing materials and sales communication.

THE SOLUTION

Since Codio mostly works with universities and schools as a SaaS tool for their computer science programs, we had to communicate value immediately and address the pain points of those individuals while developing a lead nurturing campaign to encourage visitors to schedule a demo or start a free trial. We accomplished this through a far more engaging website design, refinement of messaging, and undertaking a growth driven design campaign. 

THE TACTICS

Codio uses HubSpot Marketing Enterprise which is why we decided that the HubSpot CMS was a great fit. It allows us to deliver a personalized experience and increased visibility into website users. We also developed custom web and landing page templates, custom HubSpot CMS modules, workflows, emails, and content to attract their target personas.

THE KPIS

The most important metrics for Codio have been website visits, leads created, and deals closed. We are also tracking return visitors, bounce rate, and heat mapping analytics in order to inform our growth driven design process.
